Order Process

Looking for safe candle boxes for your high-end range? This is a very secure box type to sell fragile products like candle jar. It is made of sturdy and durable paperboard, to be able to keep its shape even during shipping and handling. It also comes with matching EVA foam insert to help keep the candle in good position. The box has a textured matte soft touch feel to give a more luxurious look to your product. The glossy black stamping logo makes the box even more eye-catching.

Our existing box dimensions are 8 x 8 x 8cm, 10 x 10 x 10cm, 12 x 12 x 12cm and 10 x 10 x 12cm. You can choose from these box sizes. All our boxes can also be customized exactly to the size and specifications you need. A huge range of materials and finish treatments are available that can elevate your box packaging.

Custom printing is also available. We can print whatever your color palette or design aesthetic is. Just get started on your special design and we will make it happen.

    Surface Finish

    Packaging with special surface finish will be more eye-catching but it is not necessary. Just evaluate according to your budget or ask for our suggestions on it.


    Insert Options

    Different types of inserts are suitable for different products. EVA foam is a better choice for fragile or valuable products as it is more sturdy for protection. You can ask for our suggestions on it.


    1. Request a Quote

    Once you have sent your quote request through Request a Quote page with your product specifications, our salespeople will get started on preparing your quote. Quotes can be ready and sent back to you in 1-2 business days. Please provide full shipping address if estimated shipping cost is required as well.

    2. Get Your Custom Dieline

    Get your custom dieline after price is confirmed. An artwork template file is required for your artwork to be placed. For simple boxes, our designers can prepare the dieline template in 2 hours. However, more complex structures would require 1 to 2 working days.

    3. Prepare Your Artwork

    Let your creativity run wild to make your packaging stand out. Make sure the artwork file you send back is in AI/PSD/PDF/CDR format. Feel free to let us know if you do not have your own designer. We have professional graphic designers who can help you with a special design.

    4. Request a Custom Sample

    Request a custom sample to check quality once you have finished the design. If the design file is good for sampling, we will send you bank information to pay sample cost. For cardboard boxes, samples can be ready and posted to you in 3 – 5 days. For rigid boxes, it takes us around 7 days.

    5. Place Your Order

    Once you have received the sample, please check it carefully to ensure that all of box details are what you need. If you have any comments, please let us know and we will note down these changes or improvement for the full production run. When you are ready to proceed with production, we will send  the bank information for you to pay 30% deposit.

    6. Begin Production

    Once deposit arrives, we will start production and keep you updated on the production progress. When production is completed, photos and video of the final products will be sent to you for approval. Physical shipment samples can also be provided if that is needed.

    7. Shipment

    After getting your approval for shipment, we will double confirm the shipping address and shipping method with you. Once it is confirmed, please arrange the balance payment and the goods will be shipped right away.
